Deliveries in europe are managed by our couriers BPOST, DHL, UPS…
All shipments sent by chesta are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been recieved.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
We process and send orders during our main sercice hours from 8.00 AM until 8.00 PM, from Monday to Friday .
Your order will be ready for dispath one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at check out.
Shipping costs for orders over 25,00 euro in europe is free of charge.
We deliver only in BENELUX
As soon we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using thr link provided.

For returns please follow the instuction for returning with the carrier of your choise.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been washed or altered and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
Therefore all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
Costumized items cannot be returned.
Your refund will be credited tot he original payment method.
Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by CHESTA in case of returns.
